Charlie Dog Needs a Home

Charlie (aka Spotty) is a gentle soul who was rescued from the backyard of an elderly couple unable to properly care for him. He is approximately 5 years old and is up to date on all necessary veterinary care. Charlie enjoys walks in the neighborhood, but is not an overly active dog. He is friendly with all adults (male, female, in the dark, during the day, wearing a hat, etc…). He has not had the opportunity to be around small children. He does not appear to be aggressive around other male or female dogs and does not react to barking dogs passed during walks or those behind fences. He has never even growled at anyone or anything.

Charlie is a willing little guy who learns very quickly. Within two weeks he has adjusted beautifully to a completely new way of life (living indoors, walking on a leash, etc…), with only one exception. Charlie does not like to be alone, although he is improving with a consistent routine. He will need someone who can support and guide him through this process.
