Richmond Police Today’s Good News on Westover Hills Blvd.
From Facebook and Twitter: Richmond Police Department Today’s Good News: Third Precinct Officers Kelly Morley and Stacey Rogers recently stopped a man for suspicious activity on Westover Hills Boulevard. The man, who had three outstanding warrants, ran away. Though he was not captured, the officers found his identification as well as several large amounts of drugs in his… vehicle, which added five more warrants for his arrest.

and the good news is???
Good news that large amounts of drugs were taken off the streets of Richmond. A car that helps a man with 3 warrants avoid arrest is no longer in his possession. Instead of 3 warrants this suspect now has 5 so when he is captured he will spend even more time in jail. Yes it would have been great to capture him but sometimes not everything goes your way.
I will sleep better with his car impounded and his ID captured! Warrants mean nothing to these people. They just mean the fugitive will try harder to elude.
