Sweet Little Hound Seeks a Good Home
1 Comment »Look into those eyes…
This sweet, shy girl was found in the fan but we just can’t resist helping her out here in the H&H. We’re big fans of those worried little eyebrows and the floppishness of her ears. Are you looking for a little extra love in your household?
Puppy X is looking for a home. She was found after Halloween in the Fan, on Hanover Ave. We’re working with the SPCA to help find her a safe place to land. She’s had her first round of vaccinations, been checked out by the vet, deemed fit and healthy, and had her first interview at the SPCA and is on a waiting list to be spayed. From what we can gather, she’s 4-5 months old and probably a Shar-Pei/Shepherd mix. Puppy X is weighing in at 15 lbs and once she reaches heavyweight status will probably come in at around 30 lbs. Right now she’s going by the handle of Melody.
She was likely on her own before we found her so she’s a touch timid and wary, but after being with us for some time she’s warmed up and banters good-naturedly with our other dog and cat. Each day she’s getting more and more comfortable around us and is finding her way. We can’t keep her, but are fostering her until she finds a permament home. If you’re interested in opening your doors, or know of someone who might be, drop me line through the contact info on the right, or pass on this link, and we can set up some face time and review her credentials.

Cute pup, small dogs like that get adopted lickety split at the SPCA, so if it doesn’t happen before then, it definitely will once she gets in the door. Good luck!
