Recently PHSSA announced revised fund-raising goals:

Patrick Henry School of Science and Arts will start renovating the school building in early 2010 to prepare for the school’s inaugural classes in July.

The PHSSA Board of Directors recently hired BAM Architects to conduct an assessment of the school building. The assessment report detailed immediate renovation plans, including ADA upgrades, hazard abatements, and safety and emergency provisions.

The projected costs for the renovations are $220,000. The school’s board has revamped its 2010 fundraising goals to include the renovation costs and has set a new goal of $250,000 by February.
