The James River Association held a contest that had people submitted a video about the James River. The final day for voting on the the 3 finalist is today. Finalists’ videos will air on FOX Richmond. On November 26th, the winner will be revealed in the Thanksgiving day football game on FOX Richmond and may be featured throughout the remaining of the year as a Public Service Announcement! (PSA).
