Governor’s Schools Applications Available

Application packets to attend Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School for Government and International Studies and Appomattox Regional Governor’s School for the Arts and Technology will be available at Richmond City middle schools beginning Oct. 15.

Informational sessions for parents and students will be held Nov. 5 at Maggie Walker and Nov. 10 at Appomattox. Both meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Applications are due to middle school guidance counselors by Dec. 1. No additional information will be accepted after this date. Letters of acceptance status will be mailed March 12.
