Richmond Multicultural Day
Richmond Multicultural Day is scheduled for August 29th at Forest Hill Presbyterian Church.
The event is sponsored by the Africa Warmth Corporation, a non-profit, and is a festival of arts and cultures as part of the mission of promoting appreciation for cultural diversity. The free event runs from 9 am to 10 pm, and includes music and dance, ethnic food for sale and world crafts and clothing available for purchase.

- 9 am – Crafts and vendors – Church Lawn
- 10 am - Tammi Kamin – Lawn Stage
- 11:30 – Jonathan Austin – Lawn Stage
- Noon – Ban Caribe – Lawn Stage
- 2 pm – Jonathan Austin – Lawn Stage
- 2:30 – Bui Traditional percussion – Lawn Stage
- 6 pm – Mix and Mingle – Crawford Hall in Church
- 7 pm – James “Satchmo” Gates – Crawford Hall
- 8 pm – Jabali Africa (East African music) – Crawford Hall
