Purse Snatching on 1600 Westover Hills Blvd.

From the local Crime Watch: A purse snatching occurred last night (Thursday 7/30) in the 1600 block of Westover Hills Boulevard. The incident occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m.

A 60 year old female advised that as she was walking home a black male snatched her wallet and fled on a bicycle. The black male is reported to be approximately 14-16 years of age.

Please do not present yourself as a target – refrain from carrying items of value that can be easily observed by people passing by you either on foot or on wheels.

If you observe any suspicious persons in the neighborhood please take note of as much descriptive information as you can and call 911.
