Self Defense Class

Are you interested in learning basic self-defense techniques?
The Forest Hill Neighborhood Watch is offering a two-hour
class for Forest Hill residents. Training will be provided by
Instructor Hubley from the Martial Arts World(www.mawus.com).
The cost is only $10 per person.
