WHNA Annual Spring Meeting and Potluck Supper May 7

Westover Hills Neighborhood Association’s annual spring meeting and potluck supper is this Thursday, May 7. The potluck starts at 6 p.m., and the meeting is at 7 p.m.. It’s in the fellowship hall at Westover Hills United Methodist Church on the Boulevard.

Bring a covered dish to share and enjoy some time with neighbors! Last year’s potluck featured some delicious homemade dishes and some of our Ukrop’s favorites. Please RSVP as soon as possible to Susan Dubuque or Maria Dane and let us know what you’ll be bringing. That way we won’t have 16 jello salads, and no main course!

The meeting features election of new WHNA officers and a talk by Westover Hills neighbor Andrea Butler, communications director for VCU Massey Cancer Center, on “Shaping the Nation’s War on Cancer in Richmond.”

Note: You’re welcome to come participate in either part of the event, just the potluck or just the meeting. We’re glad to have children at the potluck, but you should know that we won’t have any provision for childcare during the meeting
