Westover Hills Neighborhood Cleanup Cancelled

Every year the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association organizes a neighborhood cleanup. They gather volunteers and trucks from the city to go down the alleys picking up oversized trash items and other unwanted large items. The following is from the WHNA email newsletter.

From WH crime watch captain: The subject had just left the “Locker Room Restaurant” located at 5035 Forest Hill Avenue . According to reports the Richmond Police Department does not believe this was a random act. The suspect in the incident is reportedly known to the victim.

Fatal Shooting Near The Forest
