Annual Creative Writing Fest at Lucille Brown Middle School May 2
Come to the district’s annual Creative Writing Festival on May 2, where students will showcase creative writing works in the areas of poetry, fiction, non-fiction, short stories and class books. The festival will be held at Lucille Brown Middle School beginning 9:30 a.m. – 12 noon. Students will have their works displayed, along with readings of excerpts from the Author’s Chair. Author Vicki J. Robinson will also be present to sign copies of her children’s book, Use Your Imagination. For more information, contact Richard Staton, Language Arts Instructional Specialist, at 780-7776.
