Advertising Changes
We have changed the ads a bit by making one larger and the others a bit heftier. Hopefully they don’t distract from the unbridled joy of reading Hills and Heights everyday. The reason for the change is to give advertisers some options on reaching out to folks here at Hills and Heights and to people throughout Richmond through the Richmond Ad Network. If you want to let people know about your event, service, or business you can go here for the details.
I would also like to point out the Classified Ads that we have on the site that are severely under used. The Classified Ads are completely free all you have to do is click here or on the link right below the classified ads.

Greetings!
I would like to say that I have submitted a classified, but it has never appeared on this site. I have submitted the same ad fo r other neighborhoods pages and it is on those sites. why doesn’t it get posted here?
Thanks!
John Costas
Classified ads are fixed. Sorry for the bug all.
What is the Richmond Ad Network, is that a company or just taking over ad’s for the blogs? Just curious, I used to have a banner ad here & on Carver/Jackson Ward, both of which are gone.
I guess rates are going up………..
I don’t care what Richard has to do with ads or ad rates. He saved this blog.
Thanks David. It has been quite a learning experience but I have been enjoying the challenge.
Justin about your missing ads contact Lauren Eubank at 804.332.5764. As to what is the Richmond Ad Network? Richmond Ad Network provides the backend support for a large number of community blogs. Backend can include such things as hosting, site maintenance, and ads to name a few. The content and the day to day running of the site is handled by representatives that live in the respective neighborhood.
