City Charter Review Commission Subcommittee Meets Friday

The Richmond City Charter Review Commission Subcommittee on City Staff Appointments and Removals will meet. This is the third subcommittee of the Commission to meet this month. The Commission created three subcommittees to assist members with their review of the Richmond City Charter. Consisting of three Commission members each, the subcommittee name and members include:

BACKGROUND
Two other Richmond City Charter Review Commission Subcommittees that met this month include the: Richmond City Charter Review Commission City Chief Administrative Officer Subcommittee, regarding the position of the City Chief Administrative Officer as it relates to Richmond City Council and Mayor (Members: Mr. Frederick Marsh, Esq., Mr. John Thompson, Esq. and The Honorable Benjamin Lambert, III); and, the Richmond City Charter Review Commission City Attorney Subcommittee, regarding the position of the City Attorney as it relates to Richmond City Council and Mayor (Members: John G. Douglass, Esq., Ms. Jacqueline G. Epps, Esq. and Ms. Jeannie Baliles).
