2008 Woodland Heights Holiday Home Tour set for Dec.7

Woodland Heights is hosting its Annual Holiday Tour of Homes on Sunday, Dec. 7, from 1-5PM. Seven classic Woodland Heights homes will be on tour. Free parking is available at Woodland Heights Baptist Church at 611 W. 31st Street. Tour homes are within walking distance, although a free shuttle will be available at the Church. In conjunction with the tour, a free Christmas concert will be held at the church at 5 p.m., and refreshments will be served. [via]

Tickets are $12 each and can be purchased in advance at the South of the James Market each Saturday, and also at Wild Orchard Antiques in Bon Air, Stratford Hills Antiques, and Crossroads Coffee Shop. Tickets are also expected to be available the day of the tour at the Woodland Heights Baptist Church.

Woodland Heights is also sponsoring “An Avenue of Lights throughout Woodland Heights.” Homes in the neighborhood will be decorated with lights of any color from Thanksgiving through January 1.
