4th District Meeting
The 2nd of this month’s 4th District meetings is tonight, 7PM, at Crestwood Presbyterian Church. The meeting’s focus will be the Jahnke Rd widening project, though something tells me that the buzz over a certain other hot-button issue might well come up as well.

Okay, that’s cruel. What other hot button issue?
I’m just guessing that the PH buzz is still a bit strong and might creep its way into the meeting.
Yeah, seriously, it’s only like, the #1 topic of this website. Bill, maybe you should change the header to say Hills and Patrick Henry Charter Initiative.
Oooh, snap.
Et tu, Brute?
If I can’t joke around with you, then all hope is surely lost. No, but really, H&PHCI has a nice ring to it.
Jahnke road meeting was 14 citizens, 5 DPW workers, two people from Graziano’s office and one police officer. Upshot is that city has money from feds to do planning and ROW acquistion over the next 2-3 years for widening and upgrade of Jahnke Road from Blakemore to FH Avenue. No construction money ($12 million today dollars) yet. First step is to hire a consulting engineer who will do outreach, community involvement and wishes, then begin design phase. Lots more meetings promised. Project manager is Marvin Tart at DPW. (Nothing about schools, kids or education, Caitlin)
