The SUP is dead.  The developer withdrew
the application for the amended SUP today.
The neighborhoods get to start from the
beginning to negotiate the number of units, 
the size of the units, and whether they are
rentals or condominiums.  The little guys have won this one.  We start over on Monday
with a new Special Use Permit.  Thanks to
everyone out there who helped.</description>
