I am the individual who was robbed and if I may provide a bit more detail: the incident occurred at 6:12PM on Monday, September 17th. The perpetrator was a dark-skinned black male, approximately 5’10″, 165 pounds, in his mid-twenties. He was wearing dark stone-washed blue jeans, a red long-sleeve shirt under a grey/black short sleeve undershirt. He fled the scene on foot where he headed north on W 47th Street, then east on Forest Hill and turned left on Cedar Lane. He went inbetween the apartment buildings at the corner of Forest Hill and Cedar Lane and that’s where I lost sight of him. He was brandishing a silver revolver. He stole from me a black nylon flexible binder. There was a small amount of cash in the binder but the paperwork therein is worthless to anyone other than myself, but very difficult for me to replace. I am offering a $100 reward for the return of the binder and its non-monetary contents and a $1000 reward for information leading to the capture and conviction of the perpetrator. If anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact me at 804-363-4889 or contact the Richmond City Police.
