Head Start registration @ Westover Hills Elementary

Registration for RPS’ Early Head Start, Head Start and Virginia Preschool Initiative programs begins today and continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays through July 26. You must provide:

• Proof of residence
• Child’s birth certificate and Social Security card
• Current immunization record and record of a physical examination performed within the past 12 months
• child’s medical and dental insurance card.
• Documentation of household income

Registration is also being held at Blackwell Annex (238 E. 14th St), Bellevue Elementary (2301 E. Grace St) and the VCU Head Start office (730 E. Broad St). More information can be gathered by calling 254-6181 (English) or 646-0145 (Spanish).
